Find your perfect furnished apartment or family home in Minneapolis! Our properties are fully equipped and ready for you to move in. Enjoy all that Minnesota has to offer.
Parking options will vary depending on the unit. Some have no parking available and some unit may have up to two spots.
Once booked, your parking options will be included in your check-in instructions.
Each units comes equipped with it’s own private high speed Wi-Fi network. If you have an upcoming stay with us, you can view your Wi-Fi information in the check-in instructions.
We provide housekeeping services before your stay, and upon your departure. If you would like to schedule additional housekeeping, we can accomodate that for an extra charge. Please reach out to us info@furnishedmn.com if this is of interest.
All units are fully stocked to ensure you have the comforts of home during your stay. This includes toiletries, fresh towels, and kitchen essentials. We also provide a limited number of dishwasher and laundry pods.
We provide enough of the above items to get you started. Most of our units are located near grocery stores for your convenience or you can order supplies via delivery.
If you forgot something during your stay, we’re happy to look and return it if found for the cost of shipping. Please email us at info@furnishedmn.com if you have lost something, and make sure to include your address!

Some requests require that we enter your unit, and we will obtain your permission first. It is our policy to always knock and identify ourselves before doing so. There’s no need to wait around or change your schedule, but if you prefer that we arrive at a certain time to meet you in person, let us know.
Furnished MN units do not have a staffed front desk, so there is no guarantee of someone receiving your package for you if you aren't around. Instead, we recommend using a pickup location provided by local mail carriers.
If you are looking to receive regular mail, ensure that your last name is included on your mailbox for proper delivery.
To book a unit, simply select your check-in and check-out dates and indicate the number of travelers directly on the listing page.

When you book directly through furnishedmn.com, you will be charged the total amount for your stay at the time of booking (for stays up to 30 nights).
We accept all debit and credit cards, excluding pre-paid credit cards. We don’t accept cash on arrival.
In addition to the cost of stay, we charge a standard cleaning fee. You will see the full breakdown of your charges before payment.
For stays longer than 30 nights, we charge a deposit that will be returned once we’ve completed a check of the property after your stay.

If you booked through a third party website you many need to request the invoice from them directly.
If you booked through furnishedmn.com and didn't receive an invoice via email at the time of booking, email us at info@furnishedmn.com.
Occasionally, we may need to cancel a stay if a guest does not pass our verification checks or if we have reason to believe that our House Rules may be violated. Our primary concern is the safety and security of our guests, employees, neighbors, and partners. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We strive to improve our safety and security processes, but for the integrity of these processes, we cannot disclose specific details about our risk evaluation policy. Rest assured that decisions are based on information provided during the booking process, in compliance with all local regulations, and are not made based on discriminatory factors such as gender, race, or religion. We analyze various factors such as length of stay and booking location, among others, to assess potential risks associated with a stay.
We use Keycheck.com, a trusted third-party service, to conduct background and credit checks. This ensures that the process is secure and meets industry standards for tenant screening.
We handle and retain your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and uses secure socket layer encryption for security. Please note, however, that there may be circumstances where we are required to keep some or all of that information to comply with local regulatory requirements.
If you are required to submit pictures of your ID & face, Furnished MN uses trusted third-party service providers to collect and process these. We do not receive or store any biometric data. In addition, our partners won't share it with anyone else or use it for any other reason and will retain it for only as long as necessary.
Once your personal information has been verified, you will receive the instructions within 72hrs of your check-in time (our standard is 4 pm, local time).
If you complete your online check-in process within 72hrs of your check-in date, we may need to review your information before sending access information - we appreciate your patience in these instances, and rest assured we prioritize reviewing your information the closer you are to your scheduled arrival.
Our check-in time is 4 p.m. and our checkout time is 11 a.m.

You can also contact us if you have a special circumstance. We'll do our best to accommodate.
In case you plan to arrive earlier or stay later, we may have luggage storage options available. For more information specific to your booking, please email us at info@furnishedmn.com
Furnished MN may provide luggate storage as an accommodation for guests and will not be held liable for any damages or loss to the contents of the luggage, including theft, vandalism, fire, and other uncontrollable situations. Guests are responsible for keeping luggage locked and not storing items of extraordinary value, and it is recommended that guests consider obtaining renter's insurance or personal property insurance for their items. The storage of illegal items, weapons, flammable or hazardous materials is prohibited, and all items left in the locker may be subject to examination by Furnished MN and/or law enforcement officials at any time.
YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO YOU.
